We send the battery out like this !!! in picture 2 below if you do not send in the old battery or send us the connector & commponent to reuse.
Please let us know when ordering if you are sending back the old parts.

This battery is done as a refurb service.
We have the new batteries BUT not the connector or the internal component. We require the customer to send us the old connector which can be removed by carefully cutting off the shrink sleeve and untaping the component from the battery, then snipping of the red and black lead connections.
Please inform sales@espspecialbatteries.co.uk if you are sending in your connector.

Please do not send the old battery in the post as this is not allowed by postal regulations.
