Customers have to send in their old battery so we can open it, refit the new cells and return it to you.

Your refurbished battery will be good as new, if not better than before as we use high performance cells.
Please also note that the Royal Mail will not allow you to send an old battery by post, so you will have to arrange a courier service to send it to us.
Please send by trackable service as we canot be responsable for any lost item sent in to us.
