2. Your address for your Invoice and delivery of your order. If a company we may also store your VAT number & Company registration number and address.
3. Your email address or addresses for emailing you order details, updates to it and shipping notification. If a company then email addresses for your accounts department for the emailing of invoices & Statements.
4. Your phone number, if you provide it, so we can contact you quickly if necessary about your order.
5. We shall not be storing any card payment details as all payment are handled by Paypal and we are not responsible for their data protection of your data.  We shall not be storing any company or personal bank account details.
6. We shall NOT be using your data for any type of sales or Email marketing OR  Selling on your contact details to any other organisations.

 

10/ Data Retention

ESP Special Batteries Ltd will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.  Customers with an active account will therefore have the responsibility to delete data when required. When a users’ account is terminated or expired, all Personal Data collected through the platform will be deleted, as required by applicable law.
