This is a battery refurb service.
Customers have to send in their old battery so we can open it, refit the new cells and return it to you.
Please note that this is a refurb replacement battery service for the NEA 0100-083 battery made by Arjo Hospital Equipment.
The original capacity for this battery was 2500mah, we will replace with higher capacity cells which are now 3000mah.
This will not affect your charger.
Your refurbished battery will be good as new, if not better than before as we use high performance cells.
Please also note that the Royal Mail will not allow you to send an old battery by post, so you will have to arrange a courier service to send it to us.
